Hiyuki is a character that may potentially be released in Wuthering Waves. Teased in Version 3.2, learn more about this miko, her relationships in Lahai-Roi, Hiyuki's potential attribute, and if she is going to be playable in the future!

Is Hiyuki a Playable Character?
Possibly a Future Playable Character
Though it is not confirmed that Hiyuki is a playable character, her design and her ties to Lahai-Roi mostly imply that she could be a limited character in the future.
Could be a Glacio Sword Resonator
Considering her overall aura, and how she is shown to have footsteps laced in frost, we think Hiyuki is lined up to be a Glacio character if she is to join the playable roster. She is also noted to wield a sword, likely by her powers.
If ever, she will be the only Glacio character released since Carlotta's arrival at the start of Version 2.0 last January 2, 2025.
Who is Hiyuki?
A Shrine Maiden
Hiyuki is a "Miko", a shrine maiden or priestess usually related to Japanese culture. She is also seen to have sakura blossom motifs within her overall design.
Has Connections with the Threnodian
Hiyuki is also teased to have a connection with the Threnodian of Lahai-Roi, Aleph-1. Considering the grave nature of the current story, we'd most likely need her expertise to fight it head-on.
She will be featured in a future event in Version 3.2, which will likely expand on this.
Likely A Friend of President Lucilla
President Lucilla is also notably shown together with Hiyuki, so there is a huge chance that they have close ties with each other. The nature of their relationship, however, is still unknown.
