With Signa, artifacts with at least average critical strike chance (even without food or 4-star echoes with critical strike chance stats), she already has more than 80-85% critical strike chance. If you add the Guardian of the Coast, she has 95%-100% critical strike chance. The additional 20% critical strike chance from the artifact set is just useless
Skipped her rerun during 2.3 and I regret it now that I have made it to Rinascita. I will pull no matter what on her next rerun.

Her best set by far is Lingering Tunes, with her sig weapon she already has almost 100% crit and doesn't have much use for extra, but her main damage source is actually outro. Equip it, get concerto asap and watch her eradicating bosses in a single outro.
This character is SSS rank, she very strong and easy to play
