How to Unlock Riddle Twiddle
Complete Wish Upon the Moon II
To unlock the Riddle Twiddle Stall, you need to complete the Wish Upon the Moon II lodge tale. You will need 50000 Operation Funds to build this stall, so be sure to stock up on those!

Talk to Yangyang
Head to the Riddle Twiddle stall. You will be met by Yangyang and a cutscene will ensue.
Head to the Highest Point
Head to the highest point in Taoyuan Vale. This will be by the big tree (the area where you met Xiangli Yao for the first time). A cutscene will play and the side quest will be completed.
Riddle Twiddle Rewards
Unlock Yangyang As Companion
Completing Riddle Twiddle's side quest will unlock Yangyang as your companion for the By Moon's Grace stall event.
