Decode the wish by solving the decryption puzzle and connecting all of the same colors together. Discuss the wish's contents with Xiangli Yao afterward and agree to travel with him.

Fast-travel to the Resonance Beacon in Yeming Slide and talk to Mrs. Heying about the wish she made.

Play the Moon Shooter Mini-Game

Wish Upon the Moon II - Play the Moon Shooter Mini Game
On the last stall, interact with the Hover Target in front of the Moon Shooter Stall and shoot down all of the targets that spawn.

There is no time limit to complete this, and you may choose to use any Pistol Resonator you have on the ready, like Chixia. The quest immediately concludes after shooting down the last target and viewing the cutscene.
