Wish Upon the Moon II automatically unlocks after completing Wish Upon the Moon I.
Wish Upon the Moon I Walkthrough
There are stalls needed to be built in order for you to proceed with this Lodge Tale. Those stalls are Yumyum Haven, Moon Shooter, and the Fan Drawing Stall.
Decode the wish by solving the decryption puzzle and connecting all of the same colors together. Discuss the wish's contents with Xiangli Yao afterward and agree to travel with him.
Fast-travel to the Resonance Beacon in Yeming Slide and talk to Mrs. Heying about the wish she made.
All Resonance Beacon Locations
Follow the quest markers around the festival grounds and show Mrs. Heying all of the Stalls you have built.
On the last stall, interact with the Hover Target in front of the Moon Shooter Stall and shoot down all of the targets that spawn.
There is no time limit to complete this, and you may choose to use any Pistol Resonator you have on the ready, like Chixia. The quest immediately concludes after shooting down the last target and viewing the cutscene.
