Once Upon a Time in the Frostlands Quest Location
Northwest of SkyArk Space Station
The Once Upon a Time in the Frostlands quest can be started by heading to this chunk of ice at the northwestern part of the SkyArk Space Station. A marker will appear once you get close enough.
How to Get The Victory You Witnessed Trophy
Project Glommoth to Break the Ice
You'll have to project a Glommoth using the Projector utility in order to break the ice. This will reveal a chest underneath where the crystals were.
Claim the Chest, Then Interact With the Glow
Claim the chest, then interact with the glowing spot in the floor that appears once the chest is gone. This will provide you with a report from a team of scientists who were all lost to a Void Storm.
Use the Bike to Head to the Research Institute
Once you close the report, turn around to find a bike that will take you directly to the Research Institute. Once you arrive, speak to the Researcher to hand over the report and complete the quest, netting you the achievement.
