The Sights She Has Seen trophy requires you to find Elma and help her in four separate locations. Follow this guide in the exact order to get the trophy!
Free the Mysterious Woman from the Ice Block

To start this mini quest, head to the Starblind Crashsite Resonance Nexus and make your way southwest to find large ice blocks to the side of a rock shooting upwards. You will hear a woman calling out for help.
Approach and interact with the ice block to find that a mysterious woman is stuck inside of it. Use the Glommoth projection to free her where she introduces herself to be Elma. Afterwards, she exits the scene and leaves behind a Basic Chest.
Help Elma Get Down From the Exoswarm Remnants

In the overworld above the Upphaf Life Chamber, explore the eastern area where remnants of an Exoswarm creature can be found. Here, you will see Elma standing atop one of its ribs, struggling to get down. Make your way to her and help her get down.
Once Elma is on the ground, talk to her. After your dialogue, she leaves once more, rewarding you with another Basic Chest.
Defeat the Exoswarm Attacking Elma

While riding through the central road area of Mount Gjallar, you will see a few aggravated enemies targeting a woman in a closed rocky pit. Head towards the Exoswarm to see that it is, once again, Elma requiring assistance.
Defeat the enemies and talk to Elma, where she will mention the mystery realm she is looking for. After your conversation, she heads to the realm and leaves behind another Basic Chest.

For the last location, head inside the Upphaf Forest Ruins and get to one of the elevated platforms in the area. There, Elma will be on a cliff viewing the Upphaf Life Chamber, the mystery realm she was talking about. After your conversation, you will get the trophy and two Standard Chests.
