Throne Does Not Make the King Guide
Interact With the Outcasts in Three Locations
 Found in Wavecleave Cape near Sigillum. Defeat the Outcasts to progress. |
 Inspect the cargo in a camp near Roya Icebreak Port. |
 Found on a northern island where Void Storm Zone 2 is found. |
To start the hidden quest, you'll have to investigate three locations where Outcast presence were observed. You may visit these locations in any order.
Go to the Outcast Camp
After the third location, you will be invited to go to the Outcasts' camp near Provenance Enclave. Talk to the three Outcasts as instructed, and finally the Leader.
Defeat The Outcasts
After some dialogues, you will have to fight through two groups of Outcasts each with their own Glommoth to back them up. Take them down to progress the hidden quest.
Advance the Time for Atleast 4 Days
After defeating the Outcasts, advance the in-game time for atleast 4 days. This is the time we had the most success in, so you'll have to advance the time for two days twice.
Talk to the "King"
The "King" will spawn on the throne after the time skip so talk to him. His ambitions for a Frozen Throne has driven him mad with no followers to back him up.
The trophy will unlock after your conversation with him.
