WavesLine main feature is to allow you, the Rover, to message different characters and friends you have in Solaris-3 no matter where you are, adding more interactibility with your fellow companions in the game!

As revealed in the Version 3.0 Livestream, WavesLine can also potentially allow you to start missions when certain characters send messages. There will be a supposed prompt at the end of the message for you to accept it.
3.0 Livestream Release Details

As revealed in the Version 3.0 Livestream, you can also start potential group chats with companions, with the current characters allowing this yet to be revealed.

As revealed in the 3.0 Livestream, the WavesLine Feature can be accessed on the upper right HUD of your screen next to your backpack, and will open automatically to the WavesLine menu.

You can then select available characters for conversation, each having their own unique set of messages and possible unique interactions they will send to the player.

You can also customize your chat heads and apply them in different messages that you can send to your companions!

The WavesLine feature will be added as part of Version 3.0's key updates for this patch and was teased in the 3.0 Livestream last December 12, 2025.
3.0 Banners, Release Date, and Summary
