Cross the street west of the cafe and you'll hear a talking Black Cat near a red fire hydrant. Listen its ramblings to get the trophy!
2.8 Hidden Trophies and How to Get
Get to Chronorift Metropolis via Ch. 2, Act 12
To get to the black cat's location, you must start the main quest Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands and arrive in Chronorift Metropolis. You can go to the location as soon as the game allows you to free-roam the entire area.
