Talk to Kumi and Shingo in the Shiawase Fountain Square of Chronorift Metropolis, where they will be discussing their complex love story and the development that has happened due to the Lament. Complete the conversation to get the trophy.

Look for the 3 kids playing Hide and Seek in Sazanami Avenue of Chronorift Metropolis. Two will be hiding in the bushes on the end of each bridge, while the last one can be found near the end of the map near red caution signs.

Inspect the Namipon manhole in Meishin Passageway Lower Areas to get the trophy. Do note that this is in Honami City, which is unlocked via the Stranger Things in Honami Event.

Head to the 2nd floor terrace of Shashou Cafe via the escalators beside it to find Aoi checking out the overlooking view. Interact with her and capture a photo of her to receive the trophy.
Alternatively, you can accomplish this after Chisa asks you if you want to go for a breather in the Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands Quest.

Once you unlock Honami City via the Stranger Things in Honami event, go to the southern edge of Honami Crossing near the Ballpark and the Rapper Capybara. In the empty playground, inspect the note beside the sand painting to get the trophy.
Black Cat Sensei

Interact with the talking black cat found to the west of Shashou Cafe in Chronorift Metropolis. It can be seen just outside of the Japanese-like restaurant, next to the fire hydrant.

Talk to the girl petting a cat in front of the restaurant found west of Shashou Cafe in Chronorift Metropolis. Once the group of cats appear in the area, you will get the trophy.

Listen in on Ku-Terry's story about Chisa's experience with the water platform. You can accomplish this trophy in the Black Shores Archipelago near the Chronorift Metropolis Sonoro Sphere once you complete Chapter 2 Act 12 of the Main Quest.

Once you are able to explore Honami City, you can get this trophy by investigating the ball hopper in the Tennis Court found southwest of Sakura Quarter. Take note that this is only explorable once you unlock the map through the Stranger Things in Honami event.

Once you finish the Whispers of the Waves photo event, fast forward time for two days. Then, head back to Shashou Cafe in Chronorift Metropolis, where you will see a letter from the Pioneer Association dedicated to Eri. Read it to get the trophy.

The End of the Passageway to Summer

In the Meishin Passageway of Honami City, you can see an umbrella affected by the Irideglow in the hallway. Inspect it to find a scribbled note of a Left Behind, with the trophy rewarded shortly after.
This location is unlocked via the Stranger Things in Honami event during your third run in the city.
The End of the Passageway to Summer Guide

After unlocking the Honami Central Park district of Honami City, head to the outdoor cafe near the starting point and inspect one of the tables in the area.
Do note that you can only access this during or after your fifth run in the Stranger Things in Honami event, as it will be locked before then.
