the danger level is the level you adjust before going into the map. I think by hitting r2.
I somehow managed to do it. I did extract 1M+ after fighting an anomaly, had Danger Level on VI and was also pretty AFK, as I had the Danger levels extended by like ~7 times. I am not sure all of this information is relevant for you to complete the mission, but yeah, I just wanted to report back that it should be doable.
Anyone managed complete "Successfully Extract at Danger Lv. 6 with Estimated Income > 1" I jump to location, gather something, wait for danger 6 (waited for 7 also) then extract via phone booth and nothing happens.
