You'll arrive at the Fallen Grave where Luther would be waiting for you outside a doorway. Go in front of him, adjust your camera's lens until the circle borders turn green and take a shot.
Deep Sea Survey II

Teleport to the Deep-Anime Cradle Resonance Beacon, talk to Luther and defeat the Tacet Discords. You'll talk to Luther after, and will be able to take a shot of the Anima Cradle by the huge body of water.
Deep Sea Survey III

You can either teleport to the Deep-Energy Hub Resonance Beacon, or ride the current from Anima Cradle to reach the Energy Hub.
When you arrive, you can take a photo of the Energy Hub after making sure the camera borders are green!

Teleport to the south-west Deep Energy Hub Resonance Beacon. When you arrive, use the sensor and read all three files. The Lost Beyond should appear and should complete Deep Sea Survey IV!

Talk to the guiding Acolyte in order to take a photo of the Sanctuary of Faith. Be sure to adjust the camera until its circular borders are green!
Deep Sea Survey VI

Head to Lumen Tower and talk to Luther. Defeat the enemies that spawn after. By this time, you can finally take a photo of the Lumen Tower and complete Deep Sea Survey!
