Considering Ciaccona uses an uber offensive deck with Sentry Construct, the best Deck to use is a Slow Start Deck, using Cantarella for Tactics and Feilian Beringal as the Core Echo.

Best Decks in Peaks of Prestige TCG
Try to Rush a Turn 1 Carapace
Consider aiming to summon a Carapace on Turn 1, both to increase the chance of losing three rounds and summoning Feilian Beringal in the fastest way possible. Don't worry, Carapace will make sure you'll still deal damage to Ciaccona's health directly with its effect so you get the last laugh.
Delay and Play Defensively
From here on in, play as defensively as possible and keep the Carapace alive as long as possible during the Battle Stages. Also, push for getting a second Carapace on the field as soon as possible.
Every 12 seconds of the Battle Stage means more damage dealt against Ciaccona. The idea is to make it last around 36-48 seconds, even through the global burn at 45 seconds. By Round 4, this should be more doable with the help of Feilian Beringal and its health regeneration buff.
Transform Cyan Heron to Replenish Health
If Ciaccona is able to deal damage within the first 3 rounds, transform a Cyan Heron to replenish duelist health. This ensures you are not defeated within the 3 rounds where you intentionally lose.
In addition, you transform a Hoartoise to lessen the damage taken and together with Cantarella's passive, there is a chance that your health will not drop at all.
Use Cantarella's Active Tactic
To further help your Carapaces survive, make use of Cantarella's Active Tactic. For the first 15 seconds of the Battle Stage, the targeted Echo will receive 40% less damage.
Make use of it on one of your Carapaces. If you can reach 6 Tactic Points by Reconstructing the cards on hand, use them on both to make them last longer.

Ciaccona runs a Flash Strike III deck with Sentry Construct as her Core Echo. Combined with her Tactic, her strategy revolves around activating Flank Force, enabling her to potentially one-shot you by mid to late game.

Defeat Furius the Firebrand
To unlock Ciaccona's challenge, first complete the sixth Trial and defeat Furius the Firebrand during the Apex Challenge. Afterwards, you'll be pointed in the direction of several other familiar challengers in Septimont!
