How to Beat Furius the Firebrand Challenge

Sabyr Boar Sabyr Boar Echo Skill:
Transform (1): Gain 3 points of Energy. Special Skill: Toughness - When this Echo is attacked during the Battle Stage, DMG taken is reduced by 35% for 5s. Reset the cooldown instead of stacking if triggered again. (x2) |
Dwarf Cassowary Dwarf Cassowary Echo Skill:
Transform (1): Increase your Echoes' STR by 1 until the round ends. (x2) |
La Guardia La Guardia Special Skill:
Boost - When the Deployment Stage ends, this Echo's STR is increased by 1 for 3 rounds, stacking up to 3 times. This buff carries over to Modulated Echoes. (x2) |

Best Decks in Peaks of Prestige TCG
Use the Inferno Rider Core Echo
As with the previous trial, Infernal Rider works best against decks with high damage output. Moreso against Furius and his personal Tactic, which nets him an extra 6 energy, on top of drawing 8 cards of choice. This leads to him modulating and increasing the power of his deployed cards, as early as Round 1, which should bring you closer to using Infernal Rider!
Put the Inferno Rider on Your Frontline
Although risky, it's important to make your Inferno Rider your frontliner during this duel, as you'd like it take as much aggro from Furius' cards for you to las long in the fight. Most of his cards are powerful on their own, so using your other cards as meatshield is not the best route to take during this fight.
Buff Your Inferno Rider All the Time
The most obvious and crucial part of winning this duel is by aiming to have higher numbers than Furius' Fallacy of No Return. You can easily achieve this by using DMG-buffing cards such as the Dwarf Cassowary or the Chop Chop: Headless. You can also reconstruct your cards for more energy to maximize your Resonance Tactics, to further increase your DMG!
How to Beat The Firebrand's Trial Mini Duels
How to Beat Cheerful Duelist
To beat the Cheerful Duelist, all you have to do is to deploy your cards on the backline first, until you have your first 3-cost echo card. Most of her cards are more devastating in melee range, so taking advantage of the backline should work in your favor.
Additionally, despite having Fallacy of No Return in her deck, the Cheerful Duelist doesn't transform her cards as much as she should ot summon her Core Echo!
How to Beat the Arrogant Duelist
The Arrogant Duelist's deck is built similary as Furius' so your best bet is to capitalize on its ability to increase its damage thru Transformation, which is inherently flawed, as it uses too much energy. In addition, being able to dish out damage from it would help you summon the Inferno Rider a lot faster, which should help you conclude the duel with more ease!
How to Beat the Contemplative Duelist
To beat the Contemplative Duelist, make sure to fill your backline with your most powerful cards to draw in the aggro of the enemy. This should provide a small window for the Inferno Rider to hit enemy backline to gain an advantage!
