Best Decks in Peaks of Prestige TCG

Unlike other duels, Raul's stage focuses on bruteforcing his way to victory, which is why matching his pace is the best way to counter his deck. Simply put, do not hold off with modulating your cards, and do not wait for a good draw to help you whittle down his HP.

If you have successfully matched Raul's pace, then you should already have at least one deployable 3-cost Echo in your hand by the time that he's able to deploy one of his own. Raul's deck has two, the Abyssal Patricius and Spearback, where the latter is buffed by Flank Force.
This means that you should aim to have a decent DPS on your Deployment zone on or before the Spearback enters the field. Raul is likely to place his 3-stat Echoes on the Frontline, which you can counter by placing your hard-hitters on the same side of the field, to force them into taking each other out.

Rover's Resonator Tactic is a pretty solid tactic to use against aggressive decks such as Raul's. Receiving a DMG buff while modulating, on top of a team-wide buff at the cost of 2 Energy, makes you match Raul's pace a lot easier, thereby raking in more chances of winning each round!

Beating the Grandino Gladiator is easy, as his play-style is straightforward: deploy all his cards and modulate, whenever possible. In a way, he plays very similarly with Raul, except for the fact that he places all his cards on the Frontline, like the Grandino Head.
To defeat him, you have to protect your frontline as much as you could, which means deploying your 3-star echoes on this side of the battlefield!

To beat the Grandino Agent, focus on whittling down his HP as much as you could on or before Round 3. By that time, the Grandino Agent would've deployed his 3-cost echo already, which he would likely place on the frontline. Counter this by emptying your frontline as much as you could, since his 3-cost Echoes have a small delay when attacking backliners, being primarily melee.

The Grandino Head deploys his cards mostly on the Frontline, but unlike the previous Grandino duels, his starter echoes have decent gap-closers, which means deploying your echoes on the backline will do you no good. If anything, deploying your echoes for this duel on the frontline gives you the advantage of damage-testing against his echoes, which you can use to plan out the next rounds.
By the fourth round or so, the Grandino's Head's frontline is where he'll saturate his 3-cost echoes, making it hard to breach the backline. We suggest carrying the Spearback card specifically for this, since this Echo goes completely berserk on the battlefield, making it easy to breach the vanguard, and annihilate his team.
