You can find Nightmare: Kelpie in the middle of the pond located at the center of Mournfell Canyon in Septimont. Simply walk toward the center of the pond to automatically spawn it!

Nightmare: Kelpie is a very agile enemy, who has a tendency to blink across the battlefield similar to the Thundering Mephis, albeit minimally. Getting hit by its attacks inflict both Aero Erosion and Glacio Chafe which can significantly reduce your health if kept unchecked.
Be fast on your feet and Dodge or Counter its attacks as they come in order to avoid being debuffed and suffer from a significant health loss!

Nightmare: Kelpie will frequently use ranged AoE attacks, so stay alert. When it leaps away, prepare for a tentacle strike aimed at you. If it lunges toward you, it will trigger a large circular AoE upon landing.
Finally, when Nightmare: Kelpie begins to hover, it will either charge a bubble projectile or summon two consecutive circle AoEs beneath your feet, so be ready to dodge in quick succession!
Nightmare: Kelpie has a tendency to wind down after big AoE attacks, and idlly walk as it repositions on the pond. Use these moments to strike and deal damage!

Often triggering Intro Skills, Counterattacking, and bringing Resonators that have Vibration Strength depletion woven into their kit like Zani or Yuanwu can significantly fast-track stunning Nightmare: Kelpie. Consider its vibration strength to knock your enemy down quicker!

Once Nightmare: Kelpie's Vibration Strength is fully depleted, we recommend switching to your team's Main DPS and furiously hacking away at its health. This way, you can properly defeat it as the enemy is knocked down!

Defeating a Nightmare: Kelpie will drop an Echo of itself which you can equip in your Resonator's 4-Cost Echo Slot.

Thank you, I was having trouble with time out on hologram with an all Aero squad, then I tried Carlotta. Breezed through levels 1-7 on all the others but kept timing out on Kelpie. Lol Looks like Calcharo and Mortefi are up to bat.

Maybe one of the worst boss designs i ever saw. Understandable you want some kind of challenge but this one just is absolute unfun to deal with 3 enemys hitting you from behind and front. Didnt even dare to try the last holo because it sucks so hard. Best team for me was with zani/phope/sk since you spammed block and doge for the hole time.
