Molten Rift is still the better echo set to go for, since most of her kit scales from Resonance Skill and Changli can maintain the 5-pc set buff with multiple casts of her Res. Skill. Hello Anon! The majority of Encore's damage scales off of Basic Attack DMG, even those that are made during her Liberation. We still suggest going for Molten Rift as Encore can maintain an almost 100% uptime on the Fusion DMG increase, considering her Resonance Skill has a low cooldown. Lupa is currently the only character that can maximize Flaming Clawprint, based on her official kit. Hope this helps!
