try running TOA with level 40 characters, then come again with the "skill based" thing again
Let's be honest - how much ECHO damage do we deal during the fight? 5-10% or even less? I feel like game developers sponsor good reviews, encouraging players to pull for new characters. Qiuyuan looks very inconsistent, rarely used, and not IMBA strong, how come he got SS in all categories lol.
yes, I remember Brant being only S tier because he wasn't as good without his sig weapon, but this guy needs to be R3? And he buffs only 3 characters on the roster?
he's really not as bad as people are saying even at s0. put jiyan build on him and he's good for dps also i like to play him with ciaccona and brant/shorekeeper or jiyan and brant. you can fr just play whatever team you want and it'll still work because wuwa is skill based at the end of the day
Oh well, he's fun to play with Ciaccona and Shorekeeper right now, his kit/playstyle has brought back some of my motivation and enjoyment in playing the game. but since his buffs are so niche like echo based damage it really sucks theres kinda not really a lot of teams you can put him in but i do want Phrolova on her rerun so I'm glad they work together well.The timing of his release is so unfortunate tho.
Does his S3 at least somewhere near to other s1/s2 top dps?
Jiyan : high damage FTP with free characters Jiyan 2 : low damage even with premium team or you're rich (R3) I was going to get him to support more male characters in future but he is not worth it

SS? Really? His damage is low, unless you're a whale, and he only excels at supporting Galbrena, Phrol and Canta. Phrol and Canta sort a support each other so if you don't have Galbrena, what's the point? The ratings on this side are way off
useless hobo even with a banner weapon. He has neither dmg nor any significant supporting ability. Lets compere him to Brant labeled as support. Brant is more agile provide shields, heal and has powerfull charged skill meanwhile hobo can be knocked out from 3 hits and bust entire's team echos xDD he wasnt worth this single tide i burn for him.
