Monnaie can be exchanged for Astrite, materials, and recipes at the Averardo Bank Counter in Ragunna City. Some items are locked until you collect at least 4,000 and then 8,000 Monnaie to make all items available.
Location and How to Unlock
Averardo Bank is Found in Ragunna
Averardo Bank and the exchange is found on Bank Street in Ragunna City, specifically southeast of the Resonance Nexus. The exact map location and the overworld image is shown above.
Arrive in Ragunna to Unlock
The only requirement for unlocking the Averardo Bank exchange is to arrive in Ragunna. Rovers are expected to arrive in this new city after the Chapter 2 Prologue Quest, Through the Sea Thou Break.

Get and Spend Monnaies
Later rewards in Averardo Bank requires you to own a certain number of Monnaies, specifically 4,000 and 8,000. You can get Monnaies from opening treasure chests in the overworld or breaking destructible objects that has gold designs similar to Averardo Bank.
