You can unlock Yumyum Haven after completing the first quest of the event, Festival Preparations I. It's going to be part of a tutorial sequence, so you can't miss building this stall!

Head to Yumyum Haven
After building Yumyum Haven, go to the stall west of the Moon-Chasing Festival stall. An old man named Uncle Li will need your help.
Find Twin Lotus Seed
Find the Twin Lotus Seed Uncle Li needs. It will be located by the Fallen Grave in the Whining Aix's Mire. Defeat the Violet-Feathered Heron that's guarding the seed.
Return to Uncle Li to deliver the seed and complete the quest.
Yumyum Haven Rewards
Sanhua As Companion
Completing Yumyum Haven's side quest will unlock Sanhua as your companion for the By Moon's Grace stall event.
