Upon logging into Wuthering Waves on August 15, 2024 to September 28, 2024, you will automatically be greeted by the Moonlit Reunion Tutorial Quest in your quest list. Simply follow the quest marker to Jinzhou City to initiate it.
Travel to the Jinzhou City Resonance Nexus and walk toward the quest marker to meet up with Chixia and the gang in Taoyuan Vale.
Approach the robot on the stairs in Taoyuan Vale and interact with it. Ask around for its origins and follow the quest marker to the Wishing Tree, where a cutscene will trigger upon your arrival.
Head over to the Wishing Stall and converse once more with Xiangli Yao. The quest will conclude after he hands over four corrupted wishes for you to decode.
