Have the same issue, Festival UI says I cannot unlock "Cause to Fight For" because I haven't unlocked the stall (which I did) but the quest journal actually has the quest listed there, and it is locked behind Chapter 1 Act 6 (Grand Warstorm) quest ... which I have indeed not yet done!
Anyone have any tips for unlocking Cause to Fight For? Only companion that I can't unlock, all stalls unlocked and all but 4 maxed. All companions lvl 10.
After maxing out CHANGLI and ZHEZHI (Knowledge = 250), you can increase their ACTION and TEAMWORK by 2 points using 8 WISH TAGS ("Preparations").
As other comment said, ALWAYS bet MAX on eurekas (except first 2 bets where you can't even max out betting amount). Also there are multiple mistakes in the "Stats Required and Recommended Characters" section, not always proposing best combinations of characters (eg. Knowledge + Action combo should be: Jinhsi, Yinlin Changli, or pure Action should be: Yinlin, Jinhsi, Encore (possibly even Chixia, but haven't maxed her out yet).
You should ALWAYS bet MAXIMUM on Eureka. The wins outweigh the losses by a LOT. I had more credits than I could spend by day 3 or 4, which effectively maxed out my event and allowed me to buy everything possible with lantern currency.
