How to Unlock Second Coming of Solaris Day 1
Speak With Maqi
Head to the Pioneer Association and ask Maqi about "Today's Scenario". She will request a Local Drink from you called a Tiancheng and give you clues on where to obtain it.
How to Get Specialty Drinks
Talk to Ganxue

Head over to the Souvenir Store in Jinzhou City and speak with the shopkeep, Ganxue, and obtain Tea Leaves from her.
Deliver Local Drink to Maqi
Return to the Pioneer Association and deliver the Tea Leaves given by Ganxue to Maqi in order to complete the Day 1 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.
