Yes, If you Need an Aero Character

Jiyan is an extremely good Aero character that uses a Broadblade to fight. He has skills that can hit multiple enemies at the same time which is really helpful when fighting against hoards of enemies, especially when he activates his Resonance Liberation.

Other 4-Star Characters On Rate-Up Are Great

The other featured Resonators are also good pick-ups for players to build their account on. Mortefi is a no-brainer support unit for Jiyan so if you plan on getting him, get Mortefi as well. Youhu and Sanhua are not too shabby as well providing great healing and damage respectively.
