    I find it odd that Mortefi's build never got updated with the Empyrean Anthem echo set. Since it has been known to be best in slot since 2 months ago?

    I feel the sentence could be reworded to "Players have a higher chance to obtain Mortefi when he is a rate-up four star every 10 convenes" rather than "Players can get Mortefi every 10 convenes they make" because it can cause misunderstanding.
