Thunderflare is a VERY SPECIFIC weapon for Augusta, so it's really hard to find another character that can use this weapon. We generally do not suggest Syntonization, as there may be future characters that can take advantage of older weapons, but if you want to uber prioritize your Augusta there is nothing wrong with Syntonizing. Hello Glow! Unfortunately, Calcharo mostly scales off Res. Liberation - much more than Heavy Attack. This makes Thunderflare a sub-optimal choice for him as he cannot take advantage of both the HA DMG increase and the defense ignore. Wildfire Mark was 2nd best because it boosts Liberation DMG and can be refreshed whenever Calcharo does HA, but it's a hard rotation to pull off hence why Lustrous Razor is still the top weapon.
However, Thunderflare Dominion will boost Heavy Att Dmg after casting Intro and Resonance skills for 2.5x longer.
Couldn’t Calcharo take advantage of the Heavy Att Dmg bonus? I only ask this because I got blessed with two of this weapon on one 10 pull and was trying to determine if I should Syntonize it vs giving it to another resonator. Also, during my research I found you guys said that Wildfire Mark is an optional weapon for Calcharo. I only see that being an option if Calcharo was in a team with Fusion as he could easily activate the bonus to Fusion Dmg while the Liberation Dmg bonus is short.

Ridiculous Crit Rate at LVL 90 for a signature weapon. They should've at least doubled it.
