Complete Through the Sea Thou Break Quest

To unlock this permanent quest, players must finish the Chapter 2 Quest Through the Sea Thou Break. You'll have unlocked this quest the moment you reach Ragunna's city square and Resonance Nexus during the story.

Unlock Flight Utility

As the event is based on the Flight mechanic, to get to this Echo Challenge, progress through the story in Chapter 2 Act 1: The Sacred Breeze So Often Breathes to unlock the Flight utility tool.

Gain Stamp Levels in Tales of the Isles

This also automatically unlocks the Tales of the Isles Permanent Event!

This is especially crucial for this subevent, as the required levels for each Echo Challenge is based on the levels after giving the Rinascita Commemorative Stamps to the event!

How to Participate in Amidst the Sea of Clouds

Head to Unlocked Area

After reaching the needed event Level in Tales of the Isles, head to any of the designated areas marked on the map with a symbol that looks like a bird.

Look for Marker with Golden Feather

Once around the general vicinity, look for a monument that has a floating golden feather at its peak. Interacting with this begins the Echo Challenge!

Complete the Challenge

The goal of the Echo Challenge is to collect as many points as possible while still making it to the finish line, all without touching the ground even once. To do this, take advantage of two things: a Wind Trail and Wind Rings.

Wind Trail

Wind Trails are airborne tunnels that allow the player to keep flying without reducing any STA--so long as they stay inside of the Trail.

Wind Rings

Wind Rings are how you earn points in this event. You do not have to pass through all of them, as the crucial goal is to meet the point requirement for each Echo Challenge.

Players can receive rewards based on how well they do in the 7 Echo Challenges available in Rinascita, based on the score they get. Getting the highest rank automatically obtains the rewards of the lower tiers as well!
