How to Unlock From the Echoes of Destruction (Part 2)
Complete Legacy of the Lasting Night
From the Echoes of Destruction (Part 2) automatically unlocks after completing the previous main quest, Legacy of the Lasting Night.
From the Echoes of Destruction (Part 2) Walkthrough
Head to the Charging Station
Upon exiting the Bank of Life, head towards the Charging Station.
Defeat the abnormal Tacet Discords
Once at the Charging Station area, there are four areas that you need to defeat all of the abnormal TDs from.

Talk to KU-Chase about the situation
Clear the corrupted data and head to the lower level
Obtain the key to the Cell's basement
Get the key to the Error Cell office using the portal on a Data Wall in the blocked area.
Activate the switch to use the Data Wall
After activating the first key, shoot your portal gun at the next floating Data Wall, and use that to get close enough to cleanse the corrupted core that's right in front of it.
Enter the Error Cell
Investigate the Necrostar
After riding the elevator down, use your Grappling Hook beyond the portal to get close to the Necrostar on the platform.
Suppress the simulation data escaping the Stellar Matrix
After interacting with the Necrostar, you will have to fight against a blue Inferno Rider who immediately dismounts its motorcycle at the start of the boss fight.
Investigate the Sleeping “Shorekeeper”
Quickly check what was left from the Necrostar, and make your way out of the Error Cell. Afterwards, go check on the sleeping Shorekeeper at the center of her garden.
Enter the Shorekeeper's Sonoro Sphere and defeat the TDs
After a cutscene, head inside The Shorekeeper's own Sonoro Sphere nearby to head to the Modulation Hall. On the way, defeat all the abnormal Tacet Discords present.
