Rover is your default companion when starting out the By Moon's Grace event! They will be the one to interact with other companions, as well!

Knowledge Action

Rover is the only companion who progresses all stats at nearly the same pace, making their Knowledge and Action stats uniquely parallel in quantity, with Teamwork only slightly behind.

Take them to complete a team that requires a small boost in all two stats!

Complete Lodge Wishes

Complete Wishes from the Lodge Wishes
You can also increase Rover's stats just by doing Lodge Wishes. This can level them up after completing them. To these lodge wishes, you need Preparation Credits and Operation Funds, so be sure to stock up on those!
