Yes, If you Need a Fusion Main DPS

Changli is an amazing Fusion DPS that uses a Sword to fight, especially when equipped with her signature weapon Blazing Brilliance. Her DPS comes with her Resonance Skill, which allows her to chase opponents and deal massive damage with an enhanced Plunging Attack.

She also happens to be one of only two characters in the game to be able to cast Resonance Liberation in mid-air; the other one being Jinhsi.

4★ Rate-Ups Are Also Good

The 4★ Resonators on rate-up are also valid choices. Taoqi can work as a soloist thanks to her defensive playstyle, Baizhi can unlock more of her Resonance Chain to be a better healer, and Mortefi is a great all-around Heavy Attack support Resonator that can double as a sub-DPS.

Vermillion's Ploy is a featured convene banner so it would include the rate-up character, Changli, all standard 5-star characters, and all 4-star characters. You cannot get other featured convene characters other than Changli when pulling under Vermillion's Ploy.
