How to Unlock Second Coming of Solaris Day 7
Speak With Maqi
Head to the Pioneer Association and ask Maqi about "Today's Scenario". She will request a Burning Light Jade. If you are unsure about where to procure this, you can talk to her again and ask for clues on where to obtain it, which activates the Burning Jade of Light quest on your quest log.
How to Get Burning Light Jade

Follow the quest marker and meet Xieyang near the bridge to Knell Square, on the southern part of Jinzhou City; He will be standing there with his dog. Speak with him and obtain an Impure Plogiston from him afterwards.
Deliver Burning Light Jade to Maqi
Return to the Pioneer Association and deliver the Impure Plogiston to Maqi in order to complete the Day 7 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.
Give Maqi Any Phlogiston or Waveworn Residue
You may choose not to obtain a free Impure Phlogiston from Xieyang and instead give any type of Phlogiston or Waveworn Residue you currently have in your inventory over to Maqi. Doing this will still complete the Day 7 quest for Second Coming of Solaris.
