| Brute Force | You can use a variety of electrical weapons on this guy to neutralize him. Precision rifles work best as well as EMP grenades. Just watch out for its repeated gun attacks which can really hurt in a hurry. |

| Tactical Offense | Climb on the roof of the nearby structures and use quickhacks to quickly dispose of this guy. If you don't have enough RAM, alternate between quickhacks, EMP grenades, and rifles to wait as your RAMs refresh. |
Option 2 is the best choice here as it essentially traps the guy on a single spot. He will barely move if you are on the rooftop giving you enough time to chuck out grenades and quickhacks to quickly dispose the cyberpsycho.

this mission has glitched out for me, not planning on continuing the game until this is fixed. ive collected the items and viewed all shards and it sill wants me to search the area. the game seems to be stuck and not proceeding after picking up those items now when i go back there is just the dead bodies that ive searched already and it wont continue. cant load to a previous save as the autosave have overlapped it.
