Body Attribute and List of Body Perks (Skills) | Cyberpunk 2077

This is a list of Body Perks found in the game Cyberpunk 2077. Read on to learn about the Body Attribute, how it affects your character, how to acquire perks, and what Body Perks are found in the game.

What is the Body Attribute?

In-Game Description

Body determines your raw physical power. In addition to allowing you to force open doors, each level of Body (starting from level 3) will:
- Add 5 Health Points
- Add 3 Stamina Points
- Increase damage with fists and Gorilla Arms by 3
Increase damage with melee weapons by 1.5%
Decrease movement penalty while grabbing an enemy and wielding on HMG by 6%
- Increase movement while grappling an enemy and enemy grapple duration by 5 sec

Affects Physical Stats

The Body attribute will determine how strong and tough V is going to be. If you want V to hit hard with melee weapons or survive more bullets, increasing this stat is going to do just that!

Allows you to Pass Skill Checks

Some conversations will provide extra dialogue options if you pass the skill check required. This will open up new possibilities when interacting with characters or the environment as long as your stat is high enough.

The Body Attribute is divided into three Skill Trees, each with their own Perks and Skill Progression.

List of Body Perks

Athletics

Perk Attr. Level Effect at Lv. 1 Rating & Reason
RegenerationRegeneration 3 Health slowly regenerates during combat. C Rank Icon
Regenerating in combat takes too long to start and regens too slow. Using Healing items are much more effective
Pack MulePack Mule 3 Increases carrying capacity by 60. B Rank Icon
Increased carrying capacity is useful, but inventory management is fairly easy when your vehicle is also a mobile stash. Pack Mule will only increase the time before you need to do inventory management.
InvincibleInvincible 5 Increases max Health by 10%. S Rank Icon
More health will let you take more damage before dying. Always good.
True GritTrue Grit 5 Increases max Stamina by 10%. A Rank Icon
More stamina is good for any build to let you dodge and run more, and even better on melee builds
EpimorphosisEpimorphosis 7 Health regenerates up to 70% of max Health outside of combat. B Rank Icon
This is a nice quality of life perk, but is not necessary to have in the long run as there are a ton of healing items you can use.
Soft On Your FeetSoft On Your Feet 7 Reduces fall damage by 5%. C Rank Icon
Decreased fall damage isn't something you will find useful through your playthrough in any build or situation.
GladiatorGladiator 9 Reduces the amount of Stamina consumed when blocking melee attacks by 20%. C Rank Icon
Most enemies you will be fighting are not going to be the melee enemy type.
Steel And ChromeSteel And Chrome 9 Increases melee damage by 10%. A Rank Icon
A must have in any Melee build. The increased damage is always useful.
Divided AttentionDivided Attention 11 Allows you to reload weapons while sprinting, sliding and vaulting. S Rank Icon
It allows you to stay mobile during fights without having to stop and reload. Good on any weapon, great on shotguns and other low mag size guns.
Like A ButterflyLike A Butterfly 11 Dodging does not drain Stamina. B Rank Icon
Useful in Beat on the Brat and in any melee build. Outside of those situations not very impactful.
MultitaskerMultitasker 11 Allows you to shoot while sprinting, sliding and vaulting. A Rank Icon
Useful in builds that love to run and gun. This makes you hard to hit and still allow you to dish out damage.
Cardio CureCardio Cure 12 Health regenerates 25% faster as you move. C Rank Icon
Increase in health regen is so small it is negligible. Not a problem when healing items are abundant.
Stronger TogetherStronger Together 12 Increases damage you deal while carrying a body. C Rank Icon
This perk requires Transporter. You can get around double damage but only with pistols.
TransporterTransporter 12 Allows you to shoot with Pistols and Revolvers or sprint while carrying a body. C Rank Icon
Only relevant in a few situations/objectives. Outside of those situations it is pretty useless.
Human ShieldHuman Shield 14 Increases Armor by 20% when grappling an enemy. C Rank Icon
You wont be in a lot of situations where you will be grappling someone and getting shot at. You cannot grapple someone when combat has started making it even more useless.
MarathonerMarathoner 14 Sprinting does not drain Stamina. B Rank Icon
Unlocks at body 14. By that level, for sprinting to make a noticeable affect on your stamina you would need to be sprinting for a pretty long time. Something you wont be doing often. A useful application is to make sure you can run away after spending some stamina with melee attacks
Dog of WarDog of War 16 Increases Health regen in combat by 15%. C Rank Icon
Health regen in combat takes too long to start and regenerates too slow. There is an abundance of healing items, making this perk redundant.
WolverineWolverine 16 Health regen activates 50% faster during combat. C Rank Icon
Even with 90% faster regen, it is still too slow to have an impact during combat. Using health items are much more effective and you will always have one.
Steel ShellSteel Shell 18 Increases Armor by 10%. S Rank Icon
Increases your armor's effectiveness, making you tankier. Gives more survivability.
The RockThe Rock 20 Enemies cannot knock you down. C Rank Icon
Immunity to knockdown isn't very useful when there aren't many enemies that can have the effect. There is also an added side effect of cars dealing even more damage to you when running into you.
IndestructibleIndestructible 20 Reduces all incoming damage by 10%. S Rank Icon
Damage reduction to every type of damage is useful in every situation
Currently UnavailableHard Motherfucker Level 20 in Athletics When entering combat, Armor and Resistances increase by 10% for 10 sec.
+1% per Perk level.
S Rank Icon
More reduction to damage taken is always good.

Annihilation

Perk Attr. Level Effect at Lv. 1 Rating & Reason
Hail of BulletsHail of Bullets 3 Shotguns and Light Machine Guns deal 3% more damage. A Rank Icon
Gives a nice damage increase to LMG and shotguns.
Pump It, Louder!Pump It, Louder! 5 Reduces recoil of Shotguns and Light Machine Guns by 10%. C Rank Icon
Recoil on these guns are not a big deal and with shotguns you will have to be really close and recoil will not be a problem at that range.
In Your FaceIn Your Face 5 Reduces reload time of Shotguns and Light Machine Guns by 20%. S Rank Icon
Give you a significant increase in DPS by reducing downtime of reloads. This allows you attack more and be vulnerable less.
Dead CenterDead Center 7 Increases damage to torsos by 10%. S Rank Icon
The damage increase is good. Only applies to Shotguns and LMGs.
BloodrushBloodrush 7 Increases movement speed in combat by 5% while carrying a Shotgun or Light Machine Gun. B Rank Icon
The slight speed boost isn't very noticeable. Speed boost can help a bit and doesn't hurt.
MongooseMongoose 9 Increases Evasion by 25% while reloading. C Rank Icon
Evasion perks in the game are bugged and do not work as intended at the time of rating this perk.
BulldozerBulldozer 9 Increases Crit Chance with Shotguns and Light Machine Guns by 10%. A Rank Icon
A crit chance will increase your DPS. Good on shotguns as each of the pellets from a shotgun has its own chance to crit.
Momentum ShiftMomentum Shift 11 Defeating an enemy increases movement speedy by 10% for 10 sec. A Rank Icon
Movement speed after taking out an enemy can help you get in and out of combat when you need it. Only works for Shotguns and LMGs
MassacreMassacre 11 Increases Crit Damage with Shotguns and Light Machine Guns by 15%. S Rank Icon
More Critical Damage is always good on shotguns and LMGs. Pairs well with Bulldozer.
Heavy LeadHeavy Lead 12 Shotguns and Light Machine Guns knock back enemies with more force. C Rank Icon
Its effects are hard to notice. Even without it you still knockback enemies with enough force for them to get knocked down.
Skeet ShooterSkeet Shooter 12 Deal 15% more damage to moving targets. A Rank Icon
If you are moving around while you fight, so will the enemies. This will increase your damage, although not consistently. Only works with Shotguns and LMGs.
ManicManic 14 When entering combat, your movement speed increases by 20% for 10 sec. B Rank Icon
Useful to get in close for shotguns at the start of fights. But its duration is short. Only works for Shotguns and LMGs.
UnstoppableUnstoppable 14 Dismembering an enemy increases fire rate by 10% for 8 sec. Stocks up to 3 times. B Rank Icon
Can increase their fire rate but the relies on dismembering to do so, making it less consistent. Only applies to Shotguns and LMGs.
Speed DemonSpeed Demon 16 You deal more damage the faster you're moving. A Rank Icon
Can increase your damage a bit when walking and shooting and increases it even more when running and shooting. Only works for Shotguns and LMG.
Burn Baby BurnBurn Baby Burn 16 Doubles the duration of Burn. B Rank Icon
Works with the Overheat Quickhack and other burn effects that come from Shotguns and LMGs. The increase length can add more damage but takes time.
PoppinPoppin' Off 18 Shotguns have a 25% higher chance of dismembering enemies. C Rank Icon
The ability to dismember does not increase your combat effectiveness. Dismembering only happens upon killing an enemy. It can help with other perks that require dismembering, unfortunately they are not good enough to warrant getting this perk.
Hit the DeckHit the Deck 18 Increases damage to staggered and knocked-down enemies by 10%. C Rank Icon
Can find a use in certain shotguns builds.
BiathleteBiathlete 20 Weapon spread does not increase whle moving. B Rank Icon
Good, but only if you take multitasker perk, allowing you to run and gun.
Currently UnavailableBloodbath Level 20 in Annihilation Dismembering enemies reduces weapon recoil by 50% for 6 sec.
+1 per Perk level.
B Rank Icon
Decreased recoil is useful but there are not a lot of weapons that can dismember and benefits from such a large recoil reduction.

Street Brawler

Perk Attr. Level Effect at Lv. 1 Rating & Reason
FlurryFlurry 3 Increases damage from combo attacks with Blunt Weapons by 30%. S Rank Icon
A large increase in your DPS. This makes spamming Light Attacks deal so much more damage. A must have in any melee build.
Crushing BlowsCrushing Blows 3 Increases damage from Strong Attacks with Blunt Weapons by 30%. A Rank Icon
Large increased damage for Strong Attacks will increase your overall DPS. But the fact it requires Strong Attacks which are slow, makes it less effective.
JuggernautJuggernaut 4 Increases Armor by 15% while blocking with a Blunt Weapon. S Rank Icon
If you are using a melee build you will be taking damage as you try and close the distance. This will increase your defense by a significant amount and let you tank more damage.
DazedDazed 4 All attacks with Blunt Weapns have a 15% chance to apply Stun. A Rank Icon
Useful to help stun enemies and activate other Perks that activate when attacking a stunned enemy.
RushRush 6 Successful attacks with Blunt Weapons regenerate 3% Health over 2 sec. A Rank Icon
Healing while attacking is mandatory for melee builds as you will be taking a lot of damage trying to get in close to your enemies. This will help you survive much longer in fights when you are on the offense.
Efficient BlowsEfficient Blows 6 Reduces the Stamina cost of all attacks with Blunt Weapons by 25%. S Rank Icon
This allows you attack way more times before worrying about running out of stamina. Even without the stamina regen perks, you can still keep attacking without worrying about running out of stamina.
Opportune StrikeOpportune Strike 8 Increases damage with Blunt Weapons against enemies affected by Stun by 50%. A Rank Icon
Stunning enemies with blunt weapons isn't difficult. This will procc often, increasing your overall DPS.
Human FortressHuman Fortress 8 Reduces the Stamina cost of blocking attacks by 50% while using a Blunt Weapon. B Rank Icon
Just like Biding Time, it is useless outside of melee fights. But can help you win the Beat on the Brat fights.
PaybackPayback 10 Increases damage with Blunt Weapons by 1% for every 1% of missing Health. S Rank Icon
Greatly increases your damage at health lower than 50% when maxed. Can help you clutch dire situations with the damage increase.
ReinvigorateReinvigorate 10 Defeating an enemy by performing a Strong Attack with a Blunt Weapon restores 10% Stamina. B Rank Icon
There are better stamina perks that cost less points to be effective in Street Brawler. You also will need to slow down with a Strong Attack that costs more stamina in order to regen stamina.
Breathing SpaceBreathing Space 12 Increases Stamina regen while blocking with Blunt Weapons by 50%. A Rank Icon
Regens your stamina fairly quickly. Useful in any melee build and more so in the Beat on the Brat fights.
RelentlessRelentless 12 Successful attacks with Blunt Weapons against enemies affected by Stun restore 20% Stamina. A Rank Icon

Increases your DPS if you start off with a Heavy Attack.
FrenzyFrenzy 15 Defeating an enemy increases damage with Blunt Weapons by 100% for 10 sec. S Rank Icon

UnshakableUnshakable 18 Successful attacks with Blunt Weapons against enemies affected by Stun restore 5% Health and 5% Stamina. A Rank Icon
Even if the heal amount is a bit low, any amount of heal as you relentlessly attack can help you. The stamina regen is also a plus, especially when combined with Relentless.

    • In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?

Ran into the same problem with Iris not wanting to get in the van (in v1.31) but coerced her into doing it by backing the van up into her. She'll jump out of the way if you try to ram her, but backing up and bumping her teleports her to the side of the van, where she'll get in.
