Quest Objectives

1. Rescue Lina from the BD store

1. Rescue Lina from the BD store

Read Mr. Hands' message to start this quest then head to the BD store to begin rescuing Lina. Once you get to the BD store, scan the area to uncover more information on Lina then head down to the basement and talk to the strangers.

2. Talk to Shank

Follow Shank back to the room and talk to him. He'll explain what happened to his partner in the basement as well as give you information on where to find Lina.

3. Find Lina at Her Residence

After getting Lina's address from Shank, follow the coordinates to her house. When you get to her residence you'll have to get rid of the gangers in the area either by force or through conversation.

Once you've gotten rid of the gangers, interact with the deck chair to wait for Lina.

4. Convince Lina to Participate in the BD Shoot

After a while Lina will show up and you'll need to convince her to participate in the BD shoot. At this point you will have to fork over 10000 eddies for her to agree to do the shoot. Alternatively, if your character has a Corpo lifepath, you'll have access to a dialogue option that won't have you paying anything.

Once that's done, send Shank a message to let him know she's agreed to take part.

5. Wait Until Tomorrow for Shank's Message

Once you've messaged Shank, let a day pass to get another message from Shank. You can use this time to go around Dogtown and work on other quests or skip the time from the game's menu. After 24 hours has passed in-game, read Shank's message then head back to the BD store.

6. Observe the BD Shoot

When you arrive to the BD shoot, there will be some conflict going on between Lina and Tool. Step in and take the reins as the director to stop them from fighting and resume the shoot. Finish the shoot to complete this quest.

Tips and Strategies for Dazed and Confused

Pick Up Tool's Letter for the BD Shoot

Before heading up to talk with Shank, walk inside the room beside Tool's and scan the letter on the floor. The letter will prove useful later on during the BD shoot as you will have the dialogue option to let Lina read this letter and remedy Tool's situation.
