Go to Ted on the other side of the street and get in his car to hear what he wants.

Go back and make your way into the garage. You can climb over the wall from where the billboard is or take another route on the other side of the garage. Stay undetected for extra Eddies at the end.

Once inside, enter the garage and place the tracker, then retrace your steps and get out of the area. Go to the nearest drop point to finish the gig.
