You get money from Padre no matter what. In fact, the best payout is from letting her live. Either letting her go or knocking her out and putting her in the fixer car. Both will result in the same higher pay (about 10.5k). If you kill her outright, you will only get around 7k. Furthermore, you will gain access to the safe no matter what you choose to do. Make a deal, kill her, knock her out, doesn't matter. You will always end up with access to the safe on way or another.
