Meet with Dex → Get in Dex's limo.Get in Dex's car outside the burger place down the street.Speak with Dex in the car.
Exit the limo → Call Jackie → Talk to Jackie
After the car ride, speak with Jackie and decide your next move to finish the quest. You'll still get both jobs regardless of what you choose to do first during your conversation with Jackie.
At the end of The Ride, you'll be given the choice to either visit the Maelstrom gang or the client for the heist, Evelyn Parker.
The fact of the matter is, you'll have to visit both of them either way. When you visit Maelstrom (and optionally visit Meredith Stout before), you'll start The Pickup. When you visit Meredith Stout, you'll start The Information. Both of these Main Quests are required to complete to begin The Heist, so there's little difference between the two options.
Although either path is fine, it's slightly better to visit Elizabeth Parker and complete The Information first. Because The Information is a non-violent quest, you'll have the opportunity to pick up some gear and level up a bit with no risk. This will leave you in a better position to complete The Pickup, which is much more action-oriented and challenging.
After the conversation is over you can go ahead and skip the rest of the ride to save time.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
When I grapple NPCs I can see black patches flashing on the back of their head, shoulders, and back. Like they are rendering properly.
