As a cyberpsycho, she can be quite dangerous. The easiest and safest way to take her down is using the System Reset quickhack if you have it and the necessary RAM, which will off her in one shot. She has a lot of HP and you won't be able to use a takedown on her, so use your strongest weapons if you do choose the combat route. Alternatively, you can sneak by her and pick up the shard if you don't want to deal with her.
