Complete Riders On The Storm then wait for Panam to call.
Go to the Aldecaldo camp.Fast travel out to the camp and talk to Panam and the others. Get in Panam's car and head to the convoy. Chat with her if you'd like then skip the ride and get out of the car.
Discuss the plan with the nomads.Meet up with the others and go over the plan then find a way inside the building. You can talk to the other Aldecaldos if you'd like. If you go around the left side of the building you can climb up and into the back. Go up the stairs and look for a punch card in the office. You'll find one in the back room in a small box.
Talk to Panam.Return to Panam in the other room then put the card in the reader to activate the train. Talk to Panam again and join up with the others downstairs to get ready.
Get in the vehicle.Get in Panam's car and get in position. When you get moving you'll take control of the gun so shoot the car coupling then take out the convoy escort. Get back in Panam's car when you finish them off.
Meet with Saul.Back at the camp go with Panam to talk to Saul, ending the quest.
To romance Panam in the next mission, you must follow these three steps:
I Missed You
When you talk with her by the window after slotting the punch card in, you can start the conversation off by telling her you missed her.
After telling her you missed her, she'll talk about how she's impulsive, except when with you. You can encourage her to follow that impulse. She references this down the line, so this may be pivotal.
Once you finish the conversation in the tower, you'll head down to find a fire started by the nomads. After telling Panam you'll get some shut-eye, you can choose to scooch closer and put your arm around her as you watch the stars.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
When I grapple NPCs I can see black patches flashing on the back of their head, shoulders, and back. Like they are rendering properly.
