1. Wait for Bill's Message

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty - Wait for Bill

After saving Bill Mitchel and completing the Waiting for Dodger gig, wait for at least three days for him to contact you.

You can either manually skip time or do any other gig or quest while waiting for time to pass.

2. Head to The Glen in Heywood

Bill will ask you to come see him in his new business venture in The Glen, located in Heywood.

Either follow the map marker or fast travel to Palms View Way.

3. Talk to Bill

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty - Talk to Bill

Once you're in the area, head inside the warehouse to meet Bill, who is now selling hotdogs after the fallout of the gig.

He will then offer you some eddies as a thanks for saving him, which you can accept or refuse. There are no consequences for any of the choices, so just take the reward for some extra cash.

Bill is not only selling hotdogs and drinks, but also Military-Grade Lactic Acid Recyclers, which permanently increases your stamina regen.

Even if this item is expensive at 12,000 eddies, it is worth the purchase for DPS and melee builds, which are mostly stamina-dependent.

You could also try not replying to Bill's text after receiving the side quest. Simply viewing the message will still add the side quest in your journal and his shop location to be tracked in the map.

If you arrive in the area and the warehouse door is bugged and doesn't open, try reloading a previous save before getting the side quest and receiving Bill's message.

Wait for a Patch
