Quest Objectives

1. Talk to the Strangers

Cyberpunk 2077 - Talk to the Strangers

Head to the BARGHEST camp in Pacifica and talk to the strangers, Paco and Babs, to start this mission. Paco will explain his situation and ask you for help on fixing it.

2. Talk to Yuri

Cyberpunk 2077 - Talk to Yuri

After taking a hit, a dream sequence will begin. This sequence takes place at the Black Sapphire from the previous week and you'll be in Kurt Hansen's body. Exit the room and talk to Yuri.

3. Talk to Paco

Cyberpunk 2077 - Talk to Paco

After talking to Yuri, head down the stairs and into the crowd. Walk towards Paco and Babs then talk with Paco to fight him. After the fist fight, you'll exit the dream sequence and be back at the BARGHEST camp with Paco and Babs.

Talk to Paco again then take another hit to complete this objective.

4. Drive with Paco and Defeat the Scavengers

The next dream sequence will take place in car with Paco driving. As he's driving, you'll have to fight some of the scavengers. After some time, the road will get blocked and you'll have to step out of the vehicle to continue fighting the scavs.

5. Approach the Wounded Soldier

Cyberpunk 2077 - Approach the Wounded Soldier

After the fight, walk to the wounded soldier then talk to Paco and the BARGHEST soldier. After some dialogue, the dream sequence will end and you'll be back at the BARGHEST camp once again.

During this conversation with Paco, you'll have to make a choice on how this quest ends.

6. Wait for Paco and Babs

Cyberpunk 2077 - Wait for Paco and Babs

Once you've made your choice, head to the coordinates to meet up with Paco and Babs. Depending on your choice in the previous objective, you'll either meet with them or Yuri.

7. Defeat Yuri

Cyberpunk 2077 - Defeat Yuri

Should Yuri arrive instead of Paco and Babs, you'll have to fight him to the death. After defeating Yuri, search his body and read the conversation between him and Hansen which reveals they know that Paco klepped the generators.

8. Find Paco's Body

Cyberpunk 2077 - Find Paco

Follow the objective marker and head for the Needle. Scan the body hanging from the ledge then message Babs to check up on her to finish this quest.

Choice Guide for Balls to the Wall

Choice Outcome
Gotta frame Yuri. Paco dies and you'll have to defeat Yuri.
At this stage... run for the hills, guys. Paco lives and starts working with the scavengers.
See if I can't call in some favors. Could work somethin' out. Paco lives and continues working with BARGHEST.

Your choice in how this quest ends doesn't impact the Phantom Liberty questline and simply affects what happens to Paco. The best choice for this quest would either be the second or third from the choices.

Not only does Paco survive in both instances, but you'll receive the Carmen, an Iconic power assault rifle. Selecting the first choice will lock you out of getting this weapon.
