On February 5th, 2021, at 12:08 GMT, about a week after the previous Patch 1.11, CD Projekt Red officially released Patch 1.12 on PC only. No announcement has been made as to its release on consoles.

Patch 1.12 seems to have fixed a vulnerability in the game's code that allowed for remote code execution. It's not clear from the update itself what effect this vulnerability may have had on players, or if this was an issue introduced in the previous Patch 1.11.
As no announcement was made for the release of Patch 1.12 on consoles, it's possible that the vulnerability mentioned may have only been present in the PC version of the game. We'll continue to update if and when a console version of the patch is announced, but for now, players will likely have to wait for the already-announced larger Patch 1.2 to see updates to the many bugs still plaguing console players.
