Objective Icon.pngMeet Hanako at Embers.
Head to Embers in Heywood to speak with Hanako directly. This is a point of no return, so make sure you've done everything you wanted to before going inside. You'll be able to return to this point after finishing the game, though, so don't worry too much. When you're ready, get on the elevator.

Objective Icon.pngTalk to Hanako Arasaka.
Speak with Hanako then leave Embers on the elevator to talk with Johnny. You'll be moved to Viktor's clinic. Take the gun and pills, then leave the clinic.

Objective Icon.pngFollow Misty.
Go with Misty to the elevator and take it to the roof. Sit next to Misty. You'll be coming up on the point where you choose which ending you go for, so make a save here to skip the previous bits if you want to get them all quicker.

Objective Icon.pngTalk to Johnny.
Make your decision (there can be up to 3 depending on which quest lines you completed) then take the omega-blockers.

Objective Icon.pngTalk to Hanako Arasaka.
Give Hanako a call to accept her offer. Go back down to Misty's Esoterica and wait for Hanako's car to get you by killing time with Misty.

Objective Icon.pngGo to the Arasaka Estate.
Take the car with Hellman and he will drive you to the Arasaka Estate. You can smash the guard's head in if you have 7 points in Body or let Hellman take him out. Get out of the car to end the quest.

Objective Icon.pngTalk to Panam.
Call Panam and ask for her help then go downstairs to Misty's Esoterica to wait for her. You can get a tarot reading to kill time. You'll be taken to the Aldecado's camp. Get out of the car to end the quest.

Objective Icon.pngMeet with Rogue.
You'll let Johnny take over and end up in the Afterlife, ending the quest.

Objective Icon.pngWait for 5 minutes without choosing anything.
If your middle percent gauge is at high enough, you will trigger the secret ending and storm Arasaka by yourself with Johnny.

Nocturne OP55N1 Choices

Choose Hanako

If you choose to trust Hanako, you'll be end up doing the Last Caress Quest. You have to head into the main Arasaka Estate, get to Hanako, and take her to the AV downstairs to end the quest.

Choose Panam

If you choose to call Panam, you'll be end up doing the We Gotta Live Together Quest where you'll be taken to the Albedo's camp then join up with Panam to end the quest.

Choose Rogue

If you choose to go with Rogue, you'll be end up doing the For Whom The Bell Tolls Quest in which you will have to get in the tower to end the quest.

Wait for 5 Minutes

After selecting one of the first three dialogue options, wait for five minutes and Johnny will make a suggestion for you that will trigger the secret ending, Don't Fear the Reaper.

Choosing Your Ending

When Misty leaves you to speak with Johnny, you will have up to three choices you can make. The choice you make here will decide the next quests you do as well as the ending you get. Fortunately, once you've completed one ending you will have the option to go back before the point of no return to try out the other choices and get the rest of the endings if you'd like.
