Ask around the people. On your map, they will be marked with a green O. One of them will ask some eddies to give you information regarding Hamill.

Talk to Anna Hamill in her apartment. Depending on your conversational choices, you can choose to reveal who had put out the hit on her convincing her to drop the case. Or, refuse to reveal the ones who put out a hit on her and in the end, it will activate the Neutralize Hamill objective, forcing you to kill her.

To Reveal the Perpetrator Or Not

Reveal From the conversation choices with Hamill, you can choose to reveal who took the job. From then on, your choices can include identifying who put out the hit on Hamill forcing her to drop the job. You are then free to leave the place and end the gig.
Do Not Reveal Not revealing who put out the hit on Hamill will include choices that force you to threaten Hamilll. This will end in a battle against Hamill. Killing her will allow you to leave the place and end the gig.

Best Choice

The better choice would be to reveal who took the job. This will affect how Regina Jones respond to you once you finish up the quest. Killing Hamill will disappoint Regina.
