Every Breath You Take becomes available after making sure Kerry and the Us Cracks come to an agreement at the end of I Don't Wanna Hear It and completing Boat Drinks. You'll receive a call from Blue Moon the next day after meeting the requirements that will trigger this Side Job.

Go to the meeting spot and wait for Blue Moon.
Find the stalker and don't let Blue Moon get hurt.Once Blue Moon calls you again, stand up and start looking for the stalker.
The stalker you're looking for is the girl with a ponytail and a bunny backpack (She's marked on your map as a "hostile unit"). Tag her then follow her quietly until she run into Blue Moon again in a bridge.
Optional: Make sure the stalker isn't lurking on any level of Kabuki Roundabout.If you managed to find the stalker right after you leave the bench, you can take her down immediately before she makes a move and tell Blue Moon that you already found her.
Defeat the stalker.Once she threatens Blue Moon, quickly grab her from behind and decide whether to kill her or not. Regardless of what you choose, the job will progress.
Talk to Blue Moon.
Decide the stalker's fate.If you opted for a non-lethal takedown, you can suggest that she let the cops handle it or kill the stalker yourself. Neither will have major effects, especially on your reward.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
When I grapple NPCs I can see black patches flashing on the back of their head, shoulders, and back. Like they are rendering properly.
