Begin by looting the bodies just past the Militech barricade. Enter the building to begin the fight against the cyberpsycho.

After defeating the cyberpsycho, search her body for the clues. Send the message to Regina Jones to finish the gig.

Ranged vs Melee Weapons

Ranged You may use shotguns and pistols effectively here. Just time it in between her attack patterns.
Melee Use your powerful blade or blunt weapons but alternate between blocking and attacking to make sure you don't get damaged too much.

Best Choice

Using melee is the way to go with this cyberpsycho since getting too far will just cause her to rush in with her fast electric attacks.
