Head to the back of the area to scan some of the bodies. Turrets will quickly activate so use your quickhacks to disable or destroy them. The cyberpsycho will appear behind you. Defeat her.

Objective Icon.pngSearch the area to collect information.→Read the shard "Archived Conversation: Tamara Cosby and Tony Ludic.→Check your messages from Regina about Cyberpsycho Sighting: Under The Bridge.
Check the east of the area to find a shard in a small make-shift living quarters. Read it and then message Regina to end the gig.

Cyberpsycho Sighting: Under The Bridge Choices and Best Choice

Close-Ranged vs. Mid-Ranged Battle

Close-Ranged Equip your best melee weapon and close the gap as quickly as you can once the cyberpsycho appear. Land in your combos and dodge when she strikes back.
Mid-Ranged Battle Use your precision rifles or shotguns to land in decent hits whenever the cyberpsycho aims for an attack.

Best Choice

Close-ranged strategy is better here as the cyberpsycho is a netrunner and will attempt at times to hack you. Closing the gap forces her to defend herself with her weapons thus disabling her quickhacks.
