After obtaining the Active Chimera Core, you can visit your apartment in Little China and display it on the table next to the sofa!
Unlike the Mini AV that you can win from the Trauma Drama minigame, there is no way to interact with the Chimera Core.
You can also use the Chimera Core to craft an Iconic weapon mod! Remember that you only have one core so you can only craft one our of these four mods. Choose wisely!

・When an enemy is below 50% Health, each hit to their head or limbs has a 20% chance dismember and instantly kill. ・This mod can be unequipped. It also automatically unequips after disassembling, selling, dropping the weapon it is attached to. |
| Hackatomy (Smart Weapon) |
・+5% chance to apply a quickhack effect. Effect type depends on the body part hit. ・This mod can be unequipped. It also automatically unequips after disassembling, selling, dropping the weapon it is attached to. |
| Firecracker (Power Weapon) |
・Shoots explosive rounds. ・This mod can be unequipped. It also automatically unequips after disassembling, selling, dropping the weapon it is attached to. |
| Wallpuncher (Tech Weapon) |
・Allows you to charge the weapon to 200% capacity without increasing charge time. ・+100% Armor penetration ・No penalty for penetrating cover・This mod can be unequipped. It also automatically unequips after disassembling, selling, dropping the weapon it is attached to. |
The Active Chimera Core is obtained by defeating the Chimera boss at the end of Spider and the Fly. However, the optional objective that tells you to pick it up will appear at the beginning of the next main quest, Lucretia My Reflection.
