| Complete The Rescue. Open up your map and go to the Coastview, Pacifica area. Track one of the unknown side missions by the waterside. This will be at the end of the long area extending into the waterside. |

| Ranged | Using shotguns and assault rifles can be used in as long you can dodge between the attacks of the cyberpsycho himself. |
The first option is best here as the cyberpsycho is armed with his own shotgun and using ranged will deal less damage. And since Regina is requesting to bring this target down non-lethally, using blunt weapons with high damage is the way to go here.
For those opting to use the Ranged route, equip your weapons with the Pax mod to render them non-lethal.
