Cyberpunk 2077 received a Mature +17 Rating from the Entertainment Software Rating Board, an American regulatory board that assigns ratings to games. This is the second most explicit warning ESRB has.

This simply means anyone below the age of 17 are not recommended to play this game due to strong violence, blood, and gore as well nudity, strong language, and use of substances.
